Jadia Rorie

Jadia Rorie grew up in Charlotte, NC, and works as an aerial instructor. She has trained on various apparatuses, including lyra, sling, silk, and rope. Her aerial training began at AerialCLT, where her first apparatus was a sling. She fell in love with circus arts and decided to pursue a career in performing. Starting as a dancer and cheerleader at age 7, she trained in contemporary, ballet, and musical theatre at South Buffalo Dance Academy. Growing up, she always loved performing, and she helped choreograph for her cheer team during high school and middle school. She took acting classes from 5th grade through her final year of high school, participating in anti-bullying campaigns through acting and learning various styles of theatre and on-set acting. In aerial arts, she is known for her floor work, transitions, and flexibility tricks.
