Blair Primis, Chair
With over 20 years of experience in marketing communications, creative direction, and social networking, I am a seasoned marketing leader who specializes in driving demand and growth for businesses in the healthcare sector and standing up bespoke teams and strategies. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Flagship Specialty Partners, I oversee the marketing strategy and execution for a partnership that supports and empowers surgeons to achieve their practice goals and thrive in the modern healthcare market. Throughout my career, I have built and led high-performing creative teams that deliver best-in-class work products and results. I have also been involved in various strategic initiatives, board memberships, and advisory roles that demonstrate my passion and commitment to the healthcare community and the creative industry. I am an active mentor and coach, and I enjoy teaching and speaking on topics such as effective marketing disruption and evolution, leadership, maximizing team performance, change management, and planning.
Victoria Johnson, Treasurer
Victoria has worked with a broad scope of companies in variety of finance and accounting roles. Her experience includes everything from cost analysis for large multinationals to bookkeeping for nonprofits. She has also consulted for the Charlotte Symphony and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is currently employed at Compass Group, supporting operations finance, data analysis, and technology projects.
An avid arts supporter, she studied the clarinet and piano throughout college and was introduced to the ballet world through her daughters' love of dance. She is thankful to be able to share her accounting skills with such a unique organization.
Other interests include skiing, fitness, and international travel. She is also learning to play the drums.
Mary Wyant-Romine
Mary Wyant-Romine is a performing arts educator and vocal coach for the Greater Charlotte area. She specializes in audition preparation and serves as an adjudicator for various vocal and musical theatre associations. Mary is also a professional mezzo-soprano soloist and has performed with the St. Petersburg Opera Company, Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, and Festival Singers of Florida.
A passionate arts advocate, Mary has served on multiple fine arts boards over the last decade, including the Florida Vocal Association and Arts & Science Council Advisory Board. She travels to Raleigh every year to speak with legislators about the many benefits that organizations, like CCC/CCDC, bring to our city and state.
Carrie McCament
Carrie is a veteran brand strategist and growth champion with more than 25 years of experience in both global and domestic markets. She is motivated by a vision of creating transformative business solutions that empower her clients to think and act boldly. As a dynamic and trusted leader, Carrie inspires others with her passion for fostering top-down organizational excellence and implementing seminal approaches to increase profitability. She builds meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of shared alignment. She specializes in business development, consulting, executive leadership, GTM strategies, brand revitalization, and omnichannel campaigns. Her career features strategic leadership roles where she has concentrated on driving both new and organic growth, resulting in year-over-year EBITDA improvements. Carrie has successfully spearheaded initiatives for renowned global brands. She has directed teams across various agencies, including independent firms and holding company networks such as Publicis, IPG, and Omnicom. Most recently, her transformative leadership at Chernoff Newman earned her the prestigious Most Admired CEO Award from the Charlotte Business Journal. Carrie is also heavily immersed in the Charlotte nonprofit arts and health & wellness sectors.
Gerald Davis
Gerald is an accomplished corporate attorney with over 25 years of legal experience, having worked both in private practice and as an in-house attorney. He is currently employed by TTX Company as Director, Senior General Attorney. He primarily focuses on complex contracts, intellectual property, and environmental, health & safety matters. Gerald has a history of successfully managing diverse teams of global legal professionals. He is team-oriented with a proven ability to bridge cultural differences, achieve consensus, and drive collaboration. Gerald has demonstrated a commitment to giving back to local communities through pro bono work, volunteering and board service. He especially believes in supporting organizations such as Caroline Calouche & Co. that foster creativity and community.
