Danielle Shulz

Danielle Schulz spent 10 years at the Metropolitan Opera performing in productions such as Aida, Don Giovanni, and Parsifal. Her career also includes national and international tours, cruise lines, and New York stages, including Cinderella at Lincoln Center.

Today, Danielle brings her performance and wellness expertise together through The Triangle Sessions, the corporate wellness company she founded to design mindfulness and team building programs for global teams. Clients include Google, Meta, Deloitte, and more.

Danielle holds a B.F.A. in Dance from NYU - Tisch School of the Arts with a minor in Art History.
