Vaxxed and Masked
To attend our last Summer Season Shows, you need to show proof of vaccination with at least 1 dose in or a negative COVID-19 test for everyone age 12+. For children under the age of 12, no covid test is required. Masks require for all ages.

Both shows are between 45 - 60 minutes. Limited time indoors.
​
These shows are at Charlotte Ballet's Studio Theater, which is a spacious stadium seat style theater seating 200.

Inclement Weather
Caroline Calouche & Co. does not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather. Should you be unable to attend due to inclement weather, please call the Box Office at 704-844-0449 to exchange your tickets.
Ticket Exchanges
If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Please be advised of the following regarding ticket exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted until 24 hours before your originally scheduled performance.

If exchanging to a higher-priced performance, the difference in cost is due at the time of exchange. Refunds are NOT given for exchanges into lower-priced performances.
Ticket Refunds
Refunds are NOT given for single ticket purchases; however, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production (based on ticket availability).
